The TOS is a document defining the terms of this board. Please take a moment to read the following terms. You must, before registering, read and agree to these terms laid out. Your continual use of this message board denotes your agreement to all amendments of these terms.

INTERPRETATION
In this document:
"Admin", and "Administrator" means the person or persons responsible for managing this bulletin board.
"Board", "Message Board", and "BB" means bulletin board.
"Forum" means individual forums located within this bulletin board.
"Content" includes all information posted and located on this board.
"Post", and "Message" means any article or composition added to the board by a user.
"Service" means any utilities, functions, and services provided by this board.
"Staff" includes anyone with moderation ability, including but not limited to admins and moderators.
"User", "Account", and "Member" means anyone using this BB.
"We", and "Us" means the staff of this board, and the organization maintaining this BB.
"Deal With", or "Dealt With" means any action taken by the staff to correct inappropriate behavior.
"Term", or "Terms" means the rules and requirements as stated in this TOS.

PART I - GENERAL TERMS OF USE
1. The TOS. You must abide by these terms at all times. Violation of one or more terms will result in the appropriate penalty. A staffs failure to enforce the TOS will not be seen as a waiver of any term or condition for any user, nor will it be used as an excuse for similar behavior.
2. Laws. You must abide by all local, state, provincial, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations that apply.
3. Common Sense and Etiquette. Please follow rules of common sense and etiquette, and respect all members of the board.
4. Prohibited Content. You shall not post, upload, link to, or email any content that contains, promotes, instructs about, or provides prohibited content. Prohibited content may be defined as the following:
• Content that infringes upon any rights;
• Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, or obscene content;
• Viruses or other harmful computer software or malicious program or coding;
• False information or libel;
• Unsolicited posts, chain letters, pyramid schemes;
• Gambling or drugs;
• Terrorism;
• Warez, roms, CD-keys, cracks, passwords, or serial numbers;
• Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind;
• Profanity;
• Invasive of privacy, or impersonation of any person or entity; and
• Hacking materials or information 1;
1 Hacking is defined as the manipulation of programs, scripts, or entities for unlawful purposes.
5. Advertisement. Advertisement of any third party website, software, organization, individual, or any other entity is not allowed in most cases. Some exceptions include signatures and pre-approved advertising.
6. Penalty. When a member breeches the TOS, he or she will first be verbally warned via the PM system. Repeat offenders be dealt with accordingly; Violations are judged upon on a case to case basis, and penalties will be based on the sole discretion of the staff.
7. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of this service.
8. Jurisdiction. These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the United State of America.

PART II - BOARD USAGE GUIDELINES
1. Respect. Please respect this site, it's advertisers, partners and it's staff (admins and moderators), failure to do so in ANY FASHION will result in immediate account termination.
2. Behavor. Please do not act childish, rude, or otherwise in any way that may cause discomfort to other members using this board.
3. New Topics. Please do not start a new topic if a similar topic have been started recently, post in the existing topic. The search function may assist in finding old topics.
4. Post Content. Please keep all posts on topic and in the appropriate forum. Use the General Discussion forum as a last resort. Your posts should add content of value to the discussion.
5. Content Styling. Please keep all post content legible, and refrain from using formatting or other decorations in ways that may hinder the legibility of important content.
6. Signature. All signatures must comply with the TOS and should be limited to under 500x150 pixels at no more than 150KB in size.
7. Hotlinking. You must obtain permission from persons responsible before hotlinking to any images or objects.
8. Backseat Moderation. Please do not backseat moderate, if you should come across any objectionable posts, please use the report button to notify a staff.
9. Disagreement. If you are in disagreement with a staff and/or his or her actions, please first try to resolve the problem amongst yourselves via PM, if any disagreements should remain afterwards, please feel free to PM an administrator.
10. User Account. Please refrain from registering multiple accounts.

PART III - RIGHTS
1. The Terms of Use. We reserve the right to modify the TOS and any related documents at any time on our soul discretion, with or without notice. We will, however, make every effort to notify you via e-mail of any major edits to the TOS.
2. Moderation. We reserve the right to modify, delete, or terminate any account, post, or services on this BB with or without explanation.
3. Termination of Service. We reserve the right to terminate and/or refuse one, some, or all service to/of any individual, group, or entity for a indefinite amount of time with or without explanation, if we feel that it is necessary to do so in order to protect the interests of this message board.
4. Freedom of Speech. Members are granted all freedoms of speech within limitations of the TOS. We will not censor any information posted, provided that it complies with the TOS.
5. Post Content. Though we do not claim ownership over the content posted on this BB, we reserve the right to publish any content posted on this BB.
6. Copyright. All content are copyrighted to their respective authors. Copyrights are governed by the American Copyright Act.
PART IV - OUR GUARANTEE
1. Personal Information. We will not give, sell, or otherwise provide any personally identifiable information to third parties unless we are required to do so by a search warrant, judicial request, or believe that it is necessary to protect or enforce our Terms Of Service and/or interests.
2. Post Content. We do not, and will not claim ownership to any content you post on this board.
3. Collection of Information. You are not required to provide any personal information you wish not provide, and we will not force you to do so.
4. Usage of Rights. We do not, and will not abuse the rights we have reserved, and will only use them when necessary.
PART V - DISCLAIMER
1. Content. Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
2. Opinion. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by PM. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
3. Staff Opinions. As a message board we stand on no particular side of any argument or debate, and any opinions expressed by our staff reflect their personal judgement, not that of this board.
4. Indemnification. We are not responsible for any illegal, unlawful, or harmful content or activity on this BB resulting from or related to one's use, misuse, or abuse of our service.
