UPDATE:NEW ON SALE TIME!!!

I just spoke with the Garden Box Office. Here's the scoop for the 2006 NBA Draft. Tickets are $15, general admission. They go on sale next Tuesday, June 27th, at 9:00 AM. This is much earlier than we anticipated so I'm getting there at 8 AM! I am quite certain that Dolan heard about our 10 AM lineup and moved the sale up to try and shut us out. We can't let him win! Each person can buy up to 4 tickets. If you want to go but can't make it tomorrow, get on the forum and we'll try to set something up for people. Here's the schedule for selltheknicks.com :

June 27th 8:00 AM meet at MSG Box Office to buy draft tickets

June 28th 3:00 PM Pre-Party at Mercury Bar, 659 Ninth Ave
5:15 PM assemble at 46th Street and 9th Ave
5:30 PM begin marching East on 46th to 7th Avenue, then South towards MSG 93p5655
5:45 PM arrive at MSG and await admittance to The Theater
7:00 PM draft begins live on ESPN

If you want to take part in the Pre-Party we need an RSVP. You can do so via our MySpace page, or by e-mailing us. There is a $5 cover to get into the party (we need to come up with some money to reserve a space) and it includes a variety of appetizers, enough for everyone. Cover charge is now only payable at the door. Just show up with $5 and you're in!

Dolan Takes Notice !
June 6th, 2006

Well, it only took 3 weeks, but selltheknicks.com has finally shown up on James Dolan's radar. He has sent his legal hounds after the site for the use of his name and image. Scared much? Rather than take the opportunity to hear fans out, he's just going to censor us instead. Now I know how Marv Albert felt. Rest assured, we're not going anywhere. More on this story to come...

Cutting the Ribbon
May 16th, 2006

I’ve had it. This franchise is a shell of its former self and the people running it have soiled the good names of the warriors who defined it years ago.

“If we don’t take action now, we’ll settle for nothing later.
Settle for nothing now, we’ll settle for nothing later.”

- Rage Against the Machine

I’m calling for all Knick fans to unite on this one issue. We all have different opinions on Larry Brown, Isiah Thomas, Stephon Marbury and the rest of the current cast of characters, but the one thing that defines true Knick fans is their unanimous contempt for owner James L. Dolan.

While I don’t expect that an Internet push for new management will make a serious dent, I do know that we are a voice to be heard. I hope this website will serve as a way to unify Knick fans in our ultimate goal to force Dolan out. Here we can collaborate ideas and get the message out. If you’ve been to Knick games at the Garden you’ve probably seen them play that clip from the movie “Network.”

“I’m mad as hell, and I’m not gonna take it!”
- Motion Picture, "Network"

As Knicks fans, we have been pushed to the brink and it’s high time we pushed back. No longer will we accept Dolan’s brand of mediocrity as he tirelessly tarnishes the reputation of our beloved franchise. We all thought it was bad enough when the Knicks turned into a punchline, but now they’ve sunk even further. The Knicks have become a charity case. Selltheknicks.com is here to change that.
